Your loan is collateralized by real assets, specifically stabilized multifamily real estate and gold-backed investments. That means if something unexpected happens, there are hard, tangible assets behind the fund that can be sold or refinanced to repay investors.
The standard is quarterly payouts, but monthly distributions can be arranged if needed.
